改革开放以来,安徽经济有了很好的发展,人们的积极性有了很大的提高,干部作风有了很大的改进。安徽要崛起,首先必须努力振奋精神,保持良好的精神状态,这是我们做好各项工作的内在动力,也是安徽“奋力崛起”的思想保障。振奋精神,就是要解放思想,更新观念。要实现安徽崛起的奋斗目标,必须坚持解放思想不动摇。由于长期受计划经济的影响,不少同志思想比较保守,老是沉湎于曾经有过的成绩和辉煌,习惯自己与自己比,习惯拿自己的长处与别人的短处比,习惯强调客观,不敢超越。要能跟上新形势,就必须树立敢闯、敢冒、敢试的开拓精神,突破计划经济条件下形成的思维定式,以新的视角认识问题,以新的方式开展工作,使我们的工作与变化的客观实际相吻合,用思想的大解放来推动安徽的大发展。
