对1987～1988年本院收住的伤寒病例进行了分析,发现近年来伤寒典型病例增多、病情变重、并发症增多等特点,认为可能与多元耐药性伤寒菌株增多有关。
The typhus cases admitted in our hospital from 1987 to 1988 were analyzed and found that in recent years, the typical cases of typhoid fever increased, the condition became heavier and the complications increased. It is concluded that this may be related to the increase of multi-drug resistant typhoid strains.
