最近读了几篇大专院校毕业生所写的“供电所实习总结”。供电所日常工作的繁琐、枯燥与复杂是众所周知的,但是从实习生鲜活的总结报告里读出来,却额外多了一份感同身受的震撼与辛酸。震撼于农电员工尽职履责的职业精神,辛酸于这些无名英雄背负太多的电网企业的责任和义务,却仍有着“春蚕到死丝方尽”的执着。一名实习生在他的实习报告中写到,一次他陪师傅去某镇安装新的配电变压器,烈日暴晒、汗如雨下,实在难以忍受。可是他内心所有的抱怨、唠骚与不满,在接过一位大妈塞到他手里的烤红薯后,瞬间蒸发了。还有实习生写他抄表催费的经历,蹲守大门、被甩脸子、拒不缴费……所有的“困难户”看似都被他遇到了。可是当泪流满面的实习生听完师傅讲过自己多年来的催收经历,并告诉他应采取的对应措施后,释然了。
