用 HPLC 和 IR 等方法对人体内埋植不同时间后取出的长效避孕药囊(Cla)进行稳定性测试。结果表明该药囊在人体内埋植5年后,其内容物左炔诺孕酮和载体硅橡胶的理化参数变化很小,与国外同类产品 Norplant 相比,性能大致相同.
The long-acting contraceptive sachets (Cla) taken out from the human body at different times after implantation were tested for stability using HPLC and IR methods. The results showed that the contents of levonorgestrel and carrier silicone rubber had little change in physical and chemical parameters after being implanted in the human body for 5 years. Compared with Norplant of similar foreign products, the performance of the sachet was approximately the same.
