This reporter learned from Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department of Jiangsu Province that in 2002 Jiangsu Province seized the favorable opportunity of China’s accession to the WTO and made new breakthroughs and leaps in its open economy from self-imposed pressure, pioneering and innovative and open-minded.
