选用10个甘薯品种,对块根主要营养成分、块根萌芽习性进行分析,并用逐步回归数学模型分析块根营养成分对萌芽性的影响。结果表明,甘薯品种间块根营养成分含量差异很大,不同品种出苗时间及出苗期差异也很大。块根淀粉与干物质之间呈极显著正相关。甘薯块根萌芽性与干物质、淀粉、可溶性糖、维生素C等营养成分的含量都有关,其中对萌芽性影响最大的是淀粉,其次是干物质,可溶性糖及维生素C影响则较小。
Ten sweetpotato cultivars were selected to analyze the main nutritive components of tuberous roots and their budding habits. The regression model was used to analyze the effect of nutrient content on budding. The results showed that there were significant differences in the nutrient contents of tuberous roots between sweet potato cultivars, and the differences in emergence time and emergence of different cultivars were also significant. There was a significant positive correlation between root starch and dry matter. The budding of sweet potato tuberous roots was related to the content of nutrients, such as dry matter, starch, soluble sugar and vitamin C. The starch, followed by dry matter, followed by soluble sugar and vitamin C had the least effect on the germination.
