新制易黄丸是治疗慢性盆腔炎的经验方，临床应用取得良好效果。为了验证其药理作用，我们选用苯酚胶浆致大鼠子宫内膜炎进行实验研究，结果血液流变学包括全血比粘度、红细胞压积、血浆比粘度均有显著性改变（Ｐ＜００５）、血清ＴＸＢ２含量升高（Ｐ＜００５）、６—Ｋｅｔｏ—ＰＧＦ１α含量下降（Ｐ＜００５）。提示：新制易黄丸具有改变血液流变性，改善微循环，促进炎性病灶消退的作用。
