人是有惰性的,人的承受力、忍耐力、自控力都是有限的。一个干部如果缺乏坚定的信仰、明确的目标和充沛的热情,时间长了,就容易精神懈怠,浑浑噩噩,暮气沉沉,无精打采;就容易工作懈怠,“混”字当头,推诿扯皮,敷衍了事,疲于应付;就容易作风懈怠,漂浮不实,不敢碰硬较真,不愿深入实际解难题,不能真心为群众办实事;就容易修养懈怠,不注重学习提高,贪图安逸享乐,自律意识淡化。因此,一个干部要善始善终、有所作为,就要谨防懈怠。
