本文通过对三极式电子枪阴极加热电流、栅极自给偏压、电子枪灯丝高度影响阴极电子束流变化的分析,得到控制阴极电子束流的因素是阴极加热温度、电子枪栅偏压、灯丝高度的结论.

In this paper, the cathode electron beam current cathode, the grid self-bias, the electron gun filament height of the impact of changes in the cathode electron beam analysis of the cathode electron beam current control factors are cathode heating temperature, electron gun gate bias, filament height in conclusion.
