财政内部监督是今后财政监督工作的重点之一。内蒙古自治区在成立内部监督检查委员会、加强内部监督的基础上,提出了通过建立科学的涵盖财政运行全过程的财政内部监督体系和运行机制、塑造管理型监督来健全内控机制,强化内部监督。本期监督局长话监督特邀请内蒙古财政监督检查局包玉德局长介绍其经验,旨在为各地提供有益的借鉴。
Internal financial supervision is one of the focuses of future financial supervision. Based on the establishment of the internal supervision and inspection commission and the strengthening of internal supervision, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region proposed to establish a scientific internal financial supervision system and operating mechanism covering the whole process of financial operation, establish a management-based supervision system to improve the internal control mechanism and strengthen internal supervision. In this issue, Chief Supervisor of Bureau of Supervision specially invited Inner Mongolia Bureau of Financial Supervision and Inspection Bureau Director Bao Yude to introduce his experience so as to provide useful reference for all localities.
