【本期话题】教育部日前提出,为认真贯彻落实党的十八届三中全会精神,进一步加强校长教师交流轮岗工作,将会同相关部委,加快研究制定和出台《关于县(区)域内义务教育学校校长教师交流的若干意见》及配套工作措施,力争用3至5年时间,实现县域内教师校长交流的制度化、常态化,率先实现县域内教师校长资源均衡配置。我省日前也提出要“实行校长、骨干教师交流轮岗”。那么,我省校长交流的现状如何?实行校长交流工作,存在哪些困难,又应该注意哪些问题?本刊特邀三位省内教育工作者对此进行探讨。
In this issue, the Ministry of Education proposed recently that in order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and further strengthen exchanges and rotation of principals and teachers, it will work with relevant ministries to speed up the study and formulation of the “ County Teachers School Teachers’ Opinions ”and supporting work measures, and strive to use 3 to 5 years to achieve institutionalization and normalization of teacher principals exchanges within the county, the first to achieve a balanced allocation of resources, teacher principals in the county. Recently, our province also proposed to “carry out the principal, backbone teachers exchange rotation ”. So, what is the status quo of the exchange of principals in our province? What are the problems that should be paid attention to when practicing the exchange of principals, and what are the issues that should be paid attention to? There are three journalists in our province who are invited to discuss this issue.
