利用多层二维二相模型，在充分进行历史拟合的基础上，搞清地下油水分布规律，对特低渗透油藏开发中出现的问题做了详细的研究。通过研究，选择了樊２９块最佳开发方式为：转注两口井，提液到４５０ｔ／ｄ，采用波动注水，强度保持在５０％，注采比为０９３～０９７，注水周期为１５天左右。１９９７年底应用数模研究成果实施一年来，日产油量上升５２ｔ，含水上升率从１２０３％下降到１８４％，综合递减由２０２％下降到０，压力保持稳定，年增油１１×１０４ｔ
