由于新医保政策的实施,各大型或中型医院住院患者普遍增多,医院检验科工作更显繁忙。我院作为省级艾滋病(AIDS)临床治疗医院,检验操作人员在工作中难免会接触到相关易感病毒(包括但不仅限于HIV病毒)。检验实习同学由于工作经验不足,在实习期间更易成为易感人群。为此,加强实习同学安全生产教育,有效预防此类人群发生职业暴露,成为我科实习带教工作的重点之一。笔者多年来一直从事检验实习同学
As a result of the implementation of the new health insurance policy, the number of inpatients in various large or medium-sized hospitals generally increased, and the work of the laboratory of the hospital became even more busy. As a provincial AIDS clinical treatment hospital, our laboratory will inevitably encounter relevant susceptible viruses (including but not limited to the HIV virus) in the course of work. Due to lack of work experience, internship test students are more likely to become susceptible during the internship. To this end, strengthening safety education for trainee students and effectively preventing occupational exposure of such people have become one of the focuses of our internship and teaching.
