高等学校是我国科技创新体系中的重要组成部分,是我国实现技术创新与飞跃的动力来源。在此基于科技创新能力的内涵和相关理论,通过构建高校科技创新能力评价指标体系,并运用这些指标对吉林省高校的科技创新能力进行评价,进而分析吉林省高校科技创新中存在的问题并制定提升对策。
