目的探讨广义估计方程在多重应答资料中的运用。方法运用SPSS统计软件,将调查获得的艾滋病传播途径多重应答资料视为多因变量的多元Logistic回归,采用广义估计方程建模分析。结果发放调查问卷700份,回收607份,有效回收率86.71%。艾滋病传播途径总知晓率93.08%,其中经血传播知晓率最高(输血和共用注射器的知晓率分别为95.55%和96.71%);其次为母婴传播和经性传播的知晓率(94.56%和85.50%)。广义估计方程分析显示性别、文化程度和年龄是影响艾滋病传播途径认知的因素。结论广义估计方程能较好地对多重应答资料进行统计分析与推断。
Objective To explore the application of generalized estimation equation in multiple response data. Methods SPSS statistical software was used to investigate the multi-response data of AIDS transmission obtained from the survey as multivariate logistic regression of multi-dependent variables, and the generalized estimation equation modeling was used to analyze the data. Results The survey questionnaire was distributed 700, 607 recovery, the effective recovery rate of 86.71%. The total awareness rate of HIV / AIDS transmission was 93.08%, among which the highest awareness of blood transfusion was obtained (95.55% and 96.71% for transfusions and syringes respectively), followed by mother-to-child transmission and sexual transmission (94.56% and 85.50% ). Generalized estimating equation analysis shows that gender, educational level and age are the factors affecting the cognitive transmission of AIDS. Conclusion The generalized estimation equation can better analyze and deduce the multiple response data statistically.
