January 30, Honeywell Aerospace Group and AVIC engines have signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, will set up a leading group of engine strategy. The Steering Committee, co-founded by both parties, will oversee the implementation and planning of existing and future engine projects in the civil and general aviation fields. Under the terms of the agreement, Honeywell and AVIC engine leaders will meet regularly to discuss the long-term cooperation of small commercial propulsion systems and to provide guidance and advice on the implementation of related projects.
