为消除厂、礦企業中矽塵的危害,保护工人、职員的安全和健康,現作如下决定: 一、使用石英粉原料的工厂应該尽量采用天然石英砂。制造石英粉和其他含矽礦石粉的工厂应該尽可能采用湿磨。如限于技術条件,只能采用于磨的,生產設备必須机械化、密閉化,并且增加吸塵、濾塵裝置。
