本文通过介绍货币政策基础理论及我国房地产发展情况,从理论上分析了如何利用货币政策传导渠道对房地产价格实现调控,从而对我国货币政策在调控房地产价格方面提出了一些对策和建议。
By introducing the basic theory of monetary policy and the development of real estate in our country, this paper analyzes how to control the real estate price through the transmission channels of monetary policy theoretically, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to control the price of real estate in China’s monetary policy.
