今年1-5月,岳阳市辖区运砂船事故频发,死亡、失踪5人,水上交通安全形势严峻。6月16日,省安委办对该市采砂运砂重大水上安全隐患进行挂牌督办。近日,本刊记者跟随省安委办会同省水上交通安全整治办公室组成的暗访组,对这里的运砂船超载情况进行暗访调查。就暗访情况来看,因为运砂船在装载环节超载现象难以根治,反复大量的超载行为使得水上监管难度加大,岳阳市水上交通安全形势仍让人捏把汗。
