近年来,随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对医疗质量提出了更高的需求。本文通过分析无锡市第五人民医院药房发药差错原因,提出加强新药上架、药品盘点及药房管理,制定相关的规章制度,健全医院监督机制,杜绝医院药房发药差错等改进措施,同时药剂人员需扎实学习相关知识,端正工作态度,养成认真、踏实的工作作风,有效减少药品差错率,确保患者用药安全有效,以提高临床合理用药。
In recent years, with the development of society and economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, people have put forward higher requirements on the quality of medical treatment. Based on the analysis of the causes of errors in pharmacy delivery in the Fifth People’s Hospital of Wuxi City, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the new shelves, drug inventory and pharmacy management, formulate the relevant rules and regulations, improve the hospital supervision mechanism, and eliminate errors in the hospital pharmacy, To learn a solid knowledge, correct attitude, develop serious and pragmatic style of work, effectively reduce drug error rate, to ensure safe and effective medication for patients to improve clinical rational drug use.
