新型工业化需要科技进步和劳动力素质的提高作为支撑。而目前我国劳动力资源虽然丰富,但其结构和素质都远远没有达到新型工业化的要求,这给职业教育提出新的要求和挑战。本文根据新型工业化对人才的要求,针对当前高职教育教学中存在的一些问题,论析了高职教育改革的“六化”观念。
New industrialization requires the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of the quality of the labor force. At present, although the labor resources in our country are abundant, their structure and quality are far from meeting the requirements of new-type industrialization, which sets new requirements and challenges for vocational education. According to the requirements of new-type industrialized talents, this paper analyzes some existing problems in the current higher vocational education and teaching, and analyzes the concept of “Six Dynasties” in the reform of higher vocational education.
