目的 :观察中药合剂调节梗阻性黄疸大鼠细胞免疫功能的作用。方法 :采用结扎 SD大鼠胆总管的方法建立梗阻性黄疸大鼠模型。随机将大鼠分为正常对照组 (A)、假手术组 (B)、梗阻性黄疸组 (C)、梗阻性黄疸加中药合剂治疗组 (D) ,每组各 10只 ,D组用中药合剂灌胃 ,A、B、C组予 0 .9% Na Cl溶液灌胃。用药 2周后于心脏采血 ,用免疫荧光法在流式细胞仪上测定 T细胞表型 CD3、CD4 、CD8值 ,酶联免疫吸附试验法测定血清白细胞介素 - 2 (IL- 2 )的浓度。结果 :C组 CD3、CD4 、CD8、IL- 2值明显下降 ,与 A组比较差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD4 / CD8比值亦下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;D组与 C组比较 ,CD3、CD4 、IL- 2值显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD8值亦升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :梗阻性黄疸时存在细胞免疫功能抑制 ;中药合剂具有增强梗阻性黄疸细胞免疫功能的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine mixture on regulating cellular immune function in obstructive jaundice rats. METHODS: A rat model of obstructive jaundice was established by ligation of the common bile duct of SD rats. Rats were randomly divided into normal control group (A), sham operation group (B), obstructive jaundice group (C), obstructive jaundice plus Chinese medicine mixture treatment group (D), 10 in each group, and group D used traditional Chinese medicine. The mixture was intragastrically administered. Groups A, B, and C were intragastrically administered with 0.9% NaCl solution. Two weeks later, blood was collected from the heart. The T cell phenotype CD3, CD4, and CD8 were determined by flow cytometry using immunofluorescence, and the concentration of serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. . Results: The CD3, CD4, CD8, and IL-2 values in group C were significantly decreased, and they were significantly different from those in group A (P < 0.01), and the CD4/CD8 ratio was also decreased (P <0.05). In group D, compared with group C, CD3, CD4, IL-2 were significantly increased (P < 0.01), and CD8 was also elevated (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is an inhibition of cellular immune function in patients with obstructive jaundice; Chinese medicine mixture has the function of enhancing cellular immune function of obstructive jaundice.
