我国高职校就是培养技术人才的场所,高职校的教育直接和企业和相关的技术相联系的,在高职校的教育中要注意灌输职业教育,特别是在日常的班级管理中更应该灌输职业教育。在高职校的班级管理的工作中应该做到理论与实践相结合的理念和精湛的专业知识和创新性相结合的理念,并且通过引导学生认识自己,完成职业定位、丰富的班级活动,强化职业技能培训、班级文化中渗透企业文化,培养职业意识等途径对高职校的学生进行职业灌输。
