首先,发表了一些与国民党工会相关的颇有学术价值的论文。饶景英的《三十年代上海的帮会与工会》(《史林》1993年第3期)一文论述了二十世纪三十年代上海帮会渗入工会的原因。其中最重要的因素是国民党政府利用帮会控制工会和工人运动。通过对帮会与工会的关系的研究,分析这一时期上海工人运动的特点及国民党控制工人运动策略的演变。
First, a number of papers of academic value related to the Kuomintang trade unions were published. Rao’s article “Gangs and Unions in Shanghai in the 1930s” (“Shi Lin” No. 3, 1993) discusses the reason why the Shanghai gang infiltrated the labor unions in the 1930s. The most important factor is that the Kuomintang government used the gangs to control trade unions and workers’ movements. Through the study of the relationship between gangs and trade unions, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the Shanghai workers ’movement in this period and the evolution of the Kuomintang’s tactics of controlling the workers’ movement.
