目的:探讨桂哌齐特治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法:椎-基底动脉供血不足患者102例,随机分为治疗组52例和对照组50例。治疗组治疗药物为桂哌齐特320mg加入250mL生理盐水或5%葡萄糖静脉滴注;对照组治疗药物为长春西汀20mg加入500mL生理盐水或5%葡萄糖静脉滴注。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.15%,显著优于对照组的88.00%(P<0.05);两组患者椎-基底动脉平均血流速度与治疗前比较得到显著改善,其中,治疗组基底动脉平均血流速度增加治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状和血液流变学显著改善,较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:桂哌齐特能有效扩张椎-基底动脉,改善血液流变学,改善脑血供,有效治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足导致的脑缺血。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Cinepazide in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Methods: 102 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 52) and control group (n = 50). The treatment group for the treatment of cinepazide 320mg added 250mL saline or 5% glucose intravenous infusion; control group for the treatment of vinpocetine 20mg added 500mL saline or 5% glucose intravenous infusion. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.15%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (88.00%) (P <0.05). The average velocity of vertebrobasilar artery blood flow in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment, in which the basilar artery The mean blood flow velocity in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The clinical symptoms and hemorheology in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Cinepazide can effectively expand the vertebrobasilar artery, improve blood rheology, improve cerebral blood supply and effectively treat cerebral ischemia caused by insufficiency of vertebrobasilar artery.
