近年来,随着互联网的快速发展,网络谣言对民众的影响力也在不断扩大。以微博谣言为例,结合近年来的谣言实例分析谣言对社会的消极影响:影响民众生活,影响相关当事人及政府形象,以及影响人口的就业及流动;积极影响:发挥探测器的功能,充当减压阀和发挥聚合器的功能。据此,提出应对谣言的策略和机制:加强预警和研判,提升政府公信力,鼓励多方参与,培养网民的理性精神和社会知识,以及加强大众媒介的监管作用。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, the impact of online rumors on the public is also expanding. Take the Weibo rumor as an example, this paper analyzes the negative impact of rumors on the society by combining the examples of rumors in recent years: influencing people’s life, influencing the image of relevant parties and the government, and influencing the employment and mobility of the population; Positive impact: Pressure relief valve and play the role of aggregator. Accordingly, it proposes strategies and mechanisms to deal with rumors: strengthening early warning and judging, enhancing government credibility, encouraging multi-party participation, cultivating the rational spirit and social knowledge of Internet users, and strengthening the regulatory role of the mass media.
