1980年6～9月,驻河北省邢台地区某部先后发生一批“不明发热”的病人。临床表现以发热、头痛等全身中毒症状为主,部份病例肝、脾肿大,少数出现皮疹。血像白细胞多在正常范围或偏低。病程一般为20天左右。应用四环素、氯霉素等广谱抗生素治疗效果良好。流行概况一、一般情况:该部4个单位发病。发病较多的分队,如防化连和3支队的2炮连,6～9月多在邢台县农村马河、董家沟进行训练,而工兵营和4支队在营房训练,
