作为日常生活中常见的房地产事业而言,其比较常见的问题在于房地产自身具有一定的高成本,而且不可移动。前者倒还好说,可是人类本来就是可移动的,对于不可移动的房地产确实会对人们的日常生活造成一定的困扰。对于以上的问题,在很大一部分都是由于信息的不对称引起的。而且对于房地产所具备的的高成本和不可移动的特点在很大一方面都需要通过经纪服务来进行房地产的价值实现。本文主要针对于信息不对称的方面进行相应的考虑,借以分析我国现有的房地产经纪市场中存在的问题,并针对分析结果通过政府监管这种合理有效的方式对房地产经纪市场中存在的问题提出相关的解决对策。
