目的探讨黏膜地址素细胞黏附分子-1(MadCAM-1)与β7免疫细胞对胃癌的影响。方法用免疫组织化学SP法,检测50例行胃癌根治术中收集的癌组织、癌旁组织和远癌(正常)胃黏膜组织中MadCAM-1与β7免疫细胞的表达。结果MadCAM-1在正常胃黏膜、癌旁组织及癌组织中的表达率分别为78.0%(39/50),64.0%(32/50),40.0%(20/50)。癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.01)和正常组织(P<0.01);正常组织与癌旁组织比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MadCAM-1阳性组中β7的免疫细胞数量高于阴性组(P<0.01);MadCAM-1阳性表达的各组织中β7细胞数量存在统计量差异,癌组织中BT细胞明显少于癌旁及正常组织(P<0.01)。结论MadCAM-1参与肿瘤局部免疫过程,与胃癌的发生有关;其表达降低可能使β7免疫细胞浸润数量减少,局部免疫力下降而致癌。
Objective To investigate the effect of mucosal address molecule-like cell adhesion molecule-1 (MadCAM-1) and β7 immune cells on gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MadCAM-1 and β7 immune cells in 50 gastric cancer tissues collected from radical gastrectomy, adjacent non-cancerous tissues and gastric mucosa far cancer (normal). Results The expression rates of MadCAM-1 in normal gastric mucosa, paracancerous tissues and cancerous tissues were 78.0% (39/50), 64.0% (32/50) and 40.0% (20/50), respectively. The positive rate of the expression in cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (P <0.01) and normal tissues (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between normal tissues and adjacent tissues (P> 0.05) The number of β7 cells in the group was significantly higher than that in the negative group (P <0.01). There were statistical differences in the number of β7 cells between the groups with positive expression of MadCAM-1. The number of BT cells in the cancer tissues was significantly less than that in the adjacent and normal tissues (P <0.01) ). Conclusions MadCAM-1 is involved in the local immune process of tumor, which is related to the occurrence of gastric cancer. The decreased expression of MadCAM-1 may decrease the number of β7 immune cells and lead to the decrease of local immunity.
