为进一步提升学生的就业竞争力,高职院校应在加强实践型高技能人才培养的基础上,全面开展创新教育。本文在分析了高职学生实践与创新能力培养方面存在问题的基础上,从学院办学理念、工作思路、师资培养与校园文化建设,学院配套支持政策等多方面对高职院构建实践与创新人才培养体系做出了有益的探索。
In order to further enhance students’ employment competitiveness, higher vocational colleges should carry out innovative education in an all-round way on the basis of strengthening the cultivation of practical high-skilled personnel. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the practice and innovation ability cultivation of higher vocational students, this paper analyzes the concept of college running, working train of thought, teacher training and campus culture construction, supporting policies of college and so on. Training system made a useful exploration.
