通过Mo与玻璃中氧化物的反应自由能计算,实验室试验及工厂中的大量生产实践探讨Mo在熔融玻璃中的稳定性能。除氧化铅玻璃外,Mo在熔融玻璃中作为电极材料及结构材料有足够的抗腐蚀性。Mo电极的腐蚀速度与玻璃液温度及电流密度成正比。Mo电极的合理的电流密度值为0.4—0.7A/cm~2。在使用一年后Mo变成粗大的再结晶晶粒组织。同时,氧含量由0.004增加到0.38wt%(最大值)。
Mo stability in molten glass was investigated by Mo reaction with free oxides in glass, laboratory tests and mass production in the factory. In addition to lead oxide glass, Mo in the molten glass as the electrode material and structural materials have sufficient corrosion resistance. The corrosion rate of the Mo electrode is proportional to the temperature and the current density of the glass. The reasonable current density of Mo electrode is 0.4-0.7A / cm ~ 2. After one year of use, Mo becomes a coarse recrystallized grain structure. At the same time, the oxygen content increased from 0.004 to 0.38 wt% (maximum).
