近年来,我矿贮矿仓机械漏斗闸门由风动的改为电动、液压和自动的三种,其中以电动的应用较多。这不仅在技术上有了很大的进展,而且在节约能源方面取得了较好的成绩。现将风动和电动闸门的耗电量作如下比较。我矿向阳坑每日出矿岩1300车,采用风动漏斗闸门,需开动20米~3空压机一台,正常负荷电流I=22~23安,电压E=3300伏,每日开动空压机时间t=18小时,功率因数cosφ=0.85,则每日耗电量:K_(WH)=1.732IEtcosφ/1000=1924(度/日)
