陶瓷型铸件的尺寸精度和表面质量不够高以及使用寿命不稳定,是目前我国陶瓷型铸造工艺应用范围不广泛,仍处于小规模手工操作,无法组织专业化生产的主要原因。 本文参考国内外的一些资料,结合近十年来的试验和生产成果,就尺寸精度和表面质量问题,谈一些看法和认识,认为必须仔细研究各道工序的材料,配方和操作工艺,从中得出最佳工艺参数。文中提供了有关影响这两个问题的因素和解决措施。
