振动沉桩机在沉桩的过程中,经常遇到难以沉入的砂土、淤泥质粘性土等土层。当桩尖遇到这类土层时,因桩尖阻力过大,桩管沉不下去,只能上下振动,对沉箱反力很大,致使挺杆后部的动滑轮箱及钢丝绳冲击挺杆,造成桩机整体振动,机件容易损坏,尤其是挺杆后导杆损坏相当严重。动滑轮箱改进后,这方面的问题就大大减轻了。一、构造:如图所示。滑板组:由滑板和四组槽轮、减振弹簧、垫圈、螺栓杆、螺母组成。
