随着现代教育的发展,幼儿教师专业化越来越受到各国的重视。教师的专业化是一项长期而艰巨的工作,只有建立健全有效的教师培训制度及其管理制度,才能使这项工作持续稳定、健康、快速地开展起来。
With the development of modern education, preschool teachers’ specialization has drawn more and more attention from all countries. Professionalization of teachers is a long-term and arduous task. Only by establishing a sound and effective teacher training system and its management system can the work be carried out in a steady, healthy and rapid manner.
