The “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period is an extremely important stage in the process of cross-century economic development in our country. The fiscal and taxation policies of this period are closely related to the reform of finance and taxation on the national economy and social development. The theme of China’s “10th Five-Year Plan” economy is development. The main line is structural adjustment.
