目的:探讨24周自控锻炼对恶性肿瘤患者术后康复期红细胞抗氧化功能及血浆脂质过氧化水平的影响。方法:以上海市癌症康复学校40名术后康复期恶性肿瘤患者为对象,其中男17人,女23人;平均年龄(57.50±6.84)岁;平均患肿瘤年限(1.50±0.77)年,肿瘤类型分别为乳腺癌、消化系统癌、其他类型恶性肿瘤患者(包括卵巢癌、肺癌等)。受试者进行24周自控锻炼,锻炼频率为每周平均5天。每天锻炼时间平均为2小时,分别于试验第0、12、24周进行肘静脉采血,测定受试者红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:(1)与试验第0周比较,试验第12周患者红细胞SOD活性明显升高(P<0.01),试验第24周无明显变化(P>0.05);试验第12周、24周GSH-Px活性与第0周比较均无明显差异(P>0.05);试验第12、24周血浆MDA含量较试验第0周均明显下降(P<0.01)。(2)与试验第12周比较,试验第24周患者红细胞SOD活性明显下降(P<0.01),GSH-Px活性、血浆MDA含量均无明显改变(P>0.05)。(3)试验第0周、12周、24周,不同类型恶性肿瘤患者红细胞SOD活性均无明显差异(P>0.05)。试验第0周、24周,不同类型患者红细胞GSH-Px活性均无明显差异(P>0.05),试验第12周,消化系统癌症患者红细胞GSH-Px活性明显低于乳腺癌患者(P<0.05)。试验第0周,不同类型恶性肿瘤患者血浆MDA水平存在明显差异(P<0.05),第12周、24周,不同类型患者血浆MDA含量无组间差异(P>0.05)。结论:(1)24周自控锻炼改善恶性肿瘤患者术后康复期红细胞抗氧化功能,降低其血浆脂质过氧化物水平。(2)不同类型恶性肿瘤患者红细胞抗氧化酶活性无明显差异,血浆脂质过氧化水平存在明显差异,自控锻炼能降低这种差异程度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of 24-week controlled exercise on the anti-oxidant function and plasma lipid peroxidation of erythrocytes in patients with malignant tumor after operation. Methods: Forty patients with postoperative convalescent malignant tumors in Shanghai Cancer Rehabilitation School, 17 males and 23 females, mean age (57.50 ± 6.84 years), average tumor life (1.50 ± 0.77) years, tumor Types are breast cancer, digestive system cancer, other types of cancer patients (including ovarian cancer, lung cancer, etc.). Subjects underwent 24-week controlled exercise at an average of 5 days per week. The average exercise time per day was 2 hours. Blood samples were collected from the elbow vein at weeks 0, 12 and 24, respectively. The levels of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) Activity and plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Results: (1) SOD activity in erythrocytes was significantly increased in the 12th week (P <0.01) compared with that in the 0th week. There was no significant change in the 24th week (P> 0.05) (P> 0.05). The levels of plasma MDA in the 12th and 24th weeks of the experiment were significantly lower than those in the 0th week (P <0.01). (2) Compared with the twelfth week, the activity of SOD in erythrocytes was significantly decreased (P <0.01) and the activity of GSH-Px and the content of MDA in plasma in the 24th week of the experiment were not significantly changed (P> 0.05). (3) There was no significant difference in erythrocyte SOD activity between different types of malignant tumors at the 0th week, 12th week and 24th week (P> 0.05). The GSH-Px activity of erythrocytes in different types of patients was not significantly different at week 0 and week 24 (P> 0.05). At the 12th week, GSH-Px activity of erythrocytes in patients with digestive system cancer was significantly lower than that in breast cancer patients (P <0.05) ). At the 0th week of the experiment, there was a significant difference in plasma MDA levels between different types of malignant tumors (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma MDA levels between the 12th week and the 24th week in different types of patients (P> 0.05). Conclusion: (1) 24-week controlled exercise can improve the anti-oxidant function of erythrocytes and reduce the level of plasma lipid peroxidation in patients with malignant tumors. (2) There was no significant difference in the activity of erythrocyte antioxidant enzymes in different types of malignant tumors, and there was a significant difference in the level of plasma lipid peroxidation. Self-controlled exercise could reduce this difference.
