采用双列杂交法,研究了小麦主要亲本数量性状的遗传模型及其配合力效应.结果表明,单株产量性状的遗传,除加性效应外,同时存在显性效应和上位性效应,其余各性状的遗传符合加性——显性模型.株高为部分显性,千粒重为部分显性到完全显性,单株分蘖、单株成穗数和主穗粒数为显性到超显性.除株高的特殊配合力不显著外,其余性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力均达到显著水准.从遗传模型和配合力分析两个角度考察,对各亲本在育种中的利用作了评估.
The genetic model and its combining ability effect of quantitative traits in wheat main parents were studied by using the double-row hybridization method.The results showed that the inheritance of yield traits per plant had both dominant and epistatic effects except additive effects, The inheritance of traits conformed to the additive-dominance model.The plant height was partly dominant, the grain weight was partly dominant to completely dominant, the tillers per plant, the number of spikes per plant and the number of main spikelets were dominant to over dominant Except for the special combining ability of plant height was not significant, the general combining ability and special combining ability of the rest of the characters reached a significant level.From the perspective of genetic model and combining ability analysis, the utilization of each parent in breeding was evaluated .
