目的：分析探讨加压疗法对于减少烧伤后形成瘢痕的临床意义。方法：采用加压疗法结合外用抗瘢痕药物与单用抗瘢痕药物而无加压疗法的两种疗法在预防和治疗烧伤后形成瘢痕的疗效进行对比研究，将2013年5月到2015年5月的Ⅱ°度烧伤患者包括深Ⅱ°烧伤及浅Ⅱ°烧伤，但不包括III°烧伤的患者按意愿分为加压疗法结合外用抗瘢痕药物疗法组和单用抗瘢痕药物而无加压疗法组，创面愈合后随访1年以上，对比两组愈合后瘢痕形成的情况。结果：与单用抗瘢痕药物而无加压疗法相比，加压疗法结合外用抗瘢痕药物疗法能够更有效的减少烧伤后瘢痕的形成。结论：加压疗法对减少烧伤后瘢痕形成有显著的效果。“,”Objective:to analyze pressure therapy to reduce the clinical significance of the formation of scar post burn.Methods:pressu re therapy combined with topical drug scar with those scar drug resistance without pressure therapy of two kinds of therapy in the prevention and treatment of burn scar formed after the curative effect of comparative study, wil be in May 2013 to May 2015 Ⅱ °degrees including deep burn patients Ⅱ °burn and shal ow Ⅱ °burn, but does not include II ° burn patients to divided into pressure therapy combined with topical therapy group and those scar drug drug scar without pressure therapy group, fol owed up for more than one year after wound healing, compared the two groups after healing of scar formation.Results:compared with the drug scar without pressure therapy alone, pressure therapy combined with external use drug scar therapy can more effectively reduce the formation of scar post burn.Conclusion:pressure therapy has a significant effect to reduce the scar formation after burn.
