以大曹杏、二花头为试验材料,研究杏花期花朵的呼吸率、乙烯释放量、POD及杏花干物率的变化。结果表明,花朵在花期呼吸率、乙烯释放量及干物率的变化为先降后升,POD在花期一直呈现上升趋势。
With Cao Cao and Erhualitou as experimental materials, the changes of respiration rate, ethylene release, POD and apricot dry matter rate were studied. The results showed that the changes of flower respiration rate, ethylene release rate and dry matter rate first and then decreased after flowering, and the POD showed an upward trend at flowering stage.
