Hawaii Prince Hotel is located in Waikiki, Honolulu and consists of two 28-storey towers. The height of the tower is 351 feet. The total area of the hotel is 700,000 square feet (about 65,000 square meters). There are 521 rooms, all facing the sea. There are five floors at the bottom of the building, including restaurants, lounges, conference rooms, banquet facilities, shops, parking garages and other utilities. Large basement below sea level.
