“团结问题,不是一个简单的个人感情问题,而是一种政治责任。我们要十分珍惜领导班子的团结,像爱护眼睛一样爱护团结。”这是中共朔州市委书记田喜荣同志提出的一个十分重要又非常新颖的观点。我们认为,在我省走出“四条路子”、实现“三步跨越”和在转型跨越崛起中建设新基地新山西的伟大事业中,干部队伍的团结至关重要。为此,我们将田喜荣同志在朔州市干部大会上的讲话整理刊发,希望各基层党委、支部能认真组织学习,真正形成珍视团结、维护团结、加强团结的良好氛围,真正让团结出凝聚力、出战斗力、出生产力。
