一、小区规划设计嵩山小区位于哈尔滨市南岗区,小区占地13.32公顷。小区规划的指导思想是以节能为宗旨,以完善人们的生活居住条件为目的,力求创造一个环境优美、生活方便、安全舒适的生活居住环境。小区房屋的日照间距为1:1.8,容积率为每公顷13000m~2。充分反映北方寒冷地区的建筑特点及哈尔滨市城市建设特色。嵩山小区的节能指标,按计划分两步进行。即1991年1月前开工的建筑,节能30%。其中围护结构节能20%,供热系统节能10%。1991年7月以后开工的建筑,节能达标50%,其中围护结构节能30%,供热系统节能20%。
I. Planning and design of the residential area Sheshan Residential Area is located in Nangang District of Harbin City. The area of the residential area is 13.32 hectares. The guiding principle of community planning is the purpose of energy conservation and aims to improve the living conditions of people’s lives. It strives to create a living environment with a beautiful environment, convenient life, and safety and comfort. The sunshine distance of residential houses is 1:1.8, and the plot ratio is 13,000 m2 per hectare. It fully reflects the architectural features of the northern cold regions and the characteristics of urban construction in Harbin. The energy-saving indicators of Lushan Residential Area are divided into two steps according to plan. That is, the buildings started before January 1991 will save 30% of energy. Among them, the energy conservation of the envelope structure is 20%, and the energy consumption of the heating system is 10%. After construction started in July 1991, energy efficiency reached 50%, of which energy conservation of the envelope structure was 30%, and heating system energy-saving was 20%.
