下斜肌功能过强分为原发性及继发性两类。原发性下斜肌功能过强可由该肌缺少节制韧带所引起,也可由同眼上斜肌麻痹或另一眼上直肌麻痹所继发。其特有的症状表现为下斜肌过强,眼内转位时合并上转。现将我们自1989年10月至1990年3月开展下斜肌减弱术治疗的下斜肌功能过强6例报告如下。
