应用大黄灵脾汤治疗经5/6肾切除法复制的大鼠慢性肾功能不全模型,结果表明,肾功能不全能导致不同程度的感音神经性聋,而大黄灵脾汤在改善肾功能、延缓肾功能不全发展的同时,能对抗肾功能不全对耳蜗结构与功能的损害。
Application of Dahuang Lingpi Decoction in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency in rats reproduced by 5/6 nephrectomy revealed that renal insufficiency can lead to varying degrees of sensorineural hearing loss, while Dahuang Lingpi Decoction improves renal function. While delaying the development of renal insufficiency, it can counteract the damage to the structure and function of the cochlea caused by renal insufficiency.
