本文的目的是研究超声和超声与泥敷综合应用对慢性非特异性肺部疾病患者垂体—肾上腺和肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统的影响。共观察48例(男21、女27),年龄21～70岁,其中慢性支气管炎27例,慢性肺炎6例,慢性支气管炎合并肺炎15例。2/3患者有Ⅰ～Ⅱ级肺功能不全。22例诊断为慢性阻塞性支气管炎,9例气管炎伴有支气管哮喘,病程1.5月～20年。采用-101型超声治疗仪,频率800KHz,有连续与脉冲输出(脉冲宽度4与10ms)两种形式,声头面积为4cm~2,
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of ultrasound and muddy application on the pituitary-adrenal and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone systems in patients with chronic nonspecific lung disease. A total of 48 cases (male 21, female 27), aged 21 to 70 years, of which 27 cases of chronic bronchitis, chronic pneumonia in 6 cases, chronic bronchitis and pneumonia in 15 cases. 2/3 patients with grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ pulmonary insufficiency. 22 cases were diagnosed as chronic obstructive bronchitis, 9 cases of bronchitis accompanied by bronchial asthma, duration of 1.5 months to 20 years.
