山药别名:薯蓣、薯药、怀山药、蛇芋、野白薯。本品为薯蓣科植物山药的块茎。它在我国最早的药学专著《神农本草经》中,作为“上品之药”而收录。全国各地均有种植,以华东、华南、华中等地为多产,但以河南怀庆府一带所产为最上乘。药物性平,味甘无毒;入脾肾肺经;其主要功能为补脾养肺,固肾益精;临床主治:脾虚泄泻,食少浮肿,肺虚咳喘,消渴,遗精,带下,肾虚尿频等症。外用治痈肿瘰疬等症;内服:15—
