外墙装饰排版施工前必须使用BIM对外墙装饰进行综合排版,结合现场测量的结果提出最优调整方案,偏差大则需对排版尺寸进行调整,由设计单位向业主单位协商提出变更,经业主确认后进行实施。基层要求基层抹灰层不起泡,不掉砂,抹灰质量达到中级抹灰标准。2m靠尺检查,控制在4mm以内此时平整度符合要求,基层阴阳角直线度用2m靠尺测量,露缝间隙小于5mm。
