高校体育教师人文素养的现状与对策思考

深化教育改革,全面推进素质化教育,是我国实施科教兴国以来又一个重要的决策。高校体育教师作为高校身体素质教育的主导,其人文素养的好坏会对高校学生身体素质教育的好坏产生直接的影响。为了能够进一步提高高校体育教师的人文素养,提高教学质量,本文对高校体育教师人文素养的现状与对策进行了重点研讨。

Deepening education reform and promoting quality education in all respects is another important decision taken by our country since the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating our country through science and education. As the leading of physical quality education in colleges and universities, physical education teachers in colleges and universities have a direct impact on the quality of college students physical education. In order to further improve the humanistic quality of PE teachers in colleges and improve the quality of teaching, this paper focuses on the current situation and countermeasures of humanistic accomplishments of PE teachers in colleges and universities.
