一九八二年六月中下旬,我厅组织了省、地、县有关单位的科技人员十三人,对晋江、惠安、莆田、永泰四县的十五个公社十七个大队、二个地区农科所和惠安县农科所、莆田县良种场的春大豆生产情况进行了考察.通过现场考察、考种测产、座谈访问等形式,总结分析了大豆生产上的技术经验和问题,对令后发展春大豆生产提出了建议.
